We also know how to identify good PR talent and intimately understand the daily challenges faced by PR professionals. Jim Delulio, a 19-year PR industry veteran, founded PR Talent in August 1998. Jim worked in Burson-Marsteller's New York office before joining Rogers & Cowan in LA. He left R&C in 1989 to help launch Orange County-based Paine & Associates. He worked as executive VP with Paine & Associates for nine years. 

Talia Robinson heads up our Los Angeles office and is the former director of recruiting for the western region of Interpublic Group, one of the world’s largest marketing and communications conglomerates.  While there she placed talent for the group’s large international PR firms Golin Harris and Shandwick.  Prior to working with Interpublic, Talia handled HR and recruiting for Burson-Marsteller’s LA office.  

Our New York office is led by Jami Secchi, who worked previously at DeVries Public Relations as its director of HR and the agency’s top recruiter. Prior to DeVries, Jami was HR manager at Stanton Crenshaw, and before that, she was a senior public relations specialist for Pall Corporation.

Supporting the entire PR Talent operation is Ingrid Culbert, the ultimate PR practitioner's pal (if you don't believe me, just check out her website www.theprpal.com). Ingrid works from her home in the hills of Rancho Santa Margarita, yet she manages to keep our databases fresh, handle critical admin functions, serve as our wicked webmistress and also do some P.I. work on the side.
