How we work.

1) First things First. First tell us a little bit about what you need. Sometimes an old-fashioned phone call works best (714-536-0050) or email us at jdelulio@prtalent.com.

If you have written a job description already, you're ahead of the game. If no job description exists, we'll need to know:

job responsibilities
skills required
reporting structure
job history: i.e. is this a new job opening; replacement of an employee etc.
location of job (corporate HQ, field office, is telecommuting possible, amount of travel necessary, etc.)
how long has this position been open; are other recruiters also being used; where else is it listed - websites, trade and newspaper ads, etc.
total compensation package (salary, bonuses, stock package, perks and benefits)

2) Agree to Agree. We'll then send you a Letter of Agreement (LOA) that will serve as our ongoing contract. Primarily this agreement helps ensure that candidates introduced to you (that you do not already have as prospects for this job opening) will be classified as PR Talent candidates. We need to have this signed and returned before sending actual resumes (Step 3).

3) Now it's our turn. After receiving the signed LOA, we'll begin sending you resumes as soon as we identify full-time candidates who we feel match the profile you've given us.

4) Meet 'n Greet. Once you select candidates you'd like to meet… it's time for them to come on down! We can help arrange the meetings for you (phone or in person) or we can provide contact information so you can set them up. Whatever is easiest for you.

5) We seek your approval. If you hire a PR Talent candidate, we bill you in full on the Talent's first day of employment.
